WHAT DEPOSIT METHODS ARE THERE?

WHEN ARE WITHDRAWALS PROCESSED?
Withdrawals are processed after 1pm AEST Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).
If your withdrawal request is received by 11am AEST it will be processed the same day.
HOW DO I VERIFY MY ACCOUNT?
Accounts must be verified within 14 days in accordance with our legislative requirements.
Within the My Account section, there is a tab called 'Verify'.
Selecting this tab will attempt to automatically verify your identity using various online databases.
Please note you may be prompted to enter additional information such as drivers licence number to complete the verification process.
All credit cards are verified by providing a cent amount which is charged to the card on first deposit.
CAN I BET IN PLAY OR OVER THE PHONE?
